App Based Driver Allocation system

Our booking system sends jobs to our drivers by a phone app, which is an exact reflection of what is in our booking system. Should there be any updates after the booking has been allocated, these are sent directly to the driver via the app as soon as they are entered, meaning whatever details we have at the office, the driver has at exactly the same time.

When you make a booking with us, we send a booking confirmation via email so you can double check the details. Our confirmation emails also have information on where we meet you when you are arriving at the on your cruise ship. All of our vehicles are fitted with navigation systems to guide them and you to your destination in the most timely manner.

Every vehicle in our fleet is also fitted with satellite tracking, allowing us to know exactly where a driver is at any given time. We have recently implemented a system where you will receive a text message, with a link, that will give you visual up to date information on the location of your driver, and the ability to contact and rate your drivers service, (Your driver cannot see your rating, so please be honest).
